Granite countertops – the most practical choice for a kitchen. They are not reacting with acids and they are very difficult to scratch.

As a protective measure remember the following rule: try to remove spilled liquids from the surface by soaking, not wiping, and do it as soon as possible. Do not leave spilled liquids for a long time or until the next morning.

Most often, oil and acid (wine) stains remain on granite, so it is very important to remove them as soon as possible, after removal, treating the stone with a special PH-neutral cleaner.

Granite impregnation will help to increase the density of the top layer, and up to 10 times reduce the absorbability of the surface. Therefore, as a preventive measure, it’s recommended to re-seal granite on a regular base, especially with light or porous granite.
