Unique and not typical works are more complex and often we’ll need to do some special preparations like buying chemicals, equipment that we do not use on our common repairs. Sometimes we have to do some research to find the best solution or proper product that is well suitable for the very specific needs.
If a work nature is not typical and complex, you’ll get a custom quote based on your specific needs.
Our prices for restoration varies depending on each individual project. Prices like “per square foot/per crack/per step” is not effective. Depending on the type of stone, its condition, and the customer’s preferred final result we will provide an individual approach.
Several factors will be taken into consideration, such as stone location in a house, water, and electricity outlets availability, furniture obstruction, working days and hours, etc.
Also, we may take into account the travel distance, amount of paper works, our availability, work nature and reasonable value of the project.
