Scratches Removal Service
Did you accidentally scratch your marble or your old marble has thousands of micro-scratches and dull spots?
Do you want to bring back the original appearance to your marble surfaces?
Almost every marble surface can be easily scratched, while it is hard to scratch a granite. Scratches can vary from little noticeable “clouds” to deep gouges or even chips on the surface. Usually, scratches may happen by sliding kitchenware and appliances on the counter surface, sliding furniture on a marble floor or from sand brought on shoes from a street.
We are able to remove such gashes from most surfaces like granite, marble, limestone, etc. and restore a surface to its original look.
Many scratches can be removed by polishing with medium or high grit industrial diamond pads, but for deepest scratches, it is important to use a coarse grit grinding pads. And then by use of finer grit pads restore the semi-shine finish. A buffing powder or applying polishing paste is useful to bring the shine look back.
For scratches that go deeper than 1/32″ – 1/16″ the only solution can be the professional grinding and polishing. Just deep polishing would not likely remove this type of scratches.
