SMS Consent & Communication Policy

We send SMS messages only when a caller or customer has explicitly agreed to receive them. Below we describe how we collect consent and how we use SMS to communicate with customers.
How consent is collected
When you call ABC Stone Inc., our receptionist (live or AI) may ask whether you would like to receive information by SMS (for example, our business email, estimate photos instructions, appointment links, or a follow-up message). We only send a text message if you explicitly tell us you agree to receive it.
What we send by SMS
Typical SMS messages include a single informational message such as:
• Instructions for sending photos for an estimate
• A link to schedule an appointment
• A short follow-up or confirmation related to your inquiry
Frequency & Promotional Content
We do not send promotional or marketing messages unless you explicitly opt-in to receive promotions. Standard messaging rates may apply according to your carrier.
How to opt-out
If you no longer wish to receive SMS messages from us, reply STOP to any SMS you receive from ABC Stone Inc. After replying STOP you will not receive further messages. For assistance, you may also email info@marblerestoration.us or call us at (your phone number).
Record keeping & proof of consent
We keep records of verbal consent collected during calls and link that consent to the caller’s phone number and call transcript. If Twilio or another carrier requests proof, we can provide the transcript and timestamp showing the caller’s explicit request to receive a text.
