Marble Restoration & Stone Care Service

My bathroom and shower was renovated in 2009. The tiles are porcelain/ceramic, white, 8×10-not the normal off the shelf size. The group and tub caulking is also white. The renovation and tiling done at that time was excellent.

Here I am 16 years later with the shower wall’s grout, tub caulking and window sill sealant in such bad shape I never wanted guests!

My friend recommended Eugene, a master of this sought after skill. The work he did was precise and results are excellent. He did more sealant near my kitchen faucet as well.

Making the appointment was very easy and Eugene arrived right on time. He works alone and is so concentrated on the task. A few days later, the grout behind kitchen faucet cracked and he was back in a flash. He also took the time to check on the whole project. Also suggested a simple squeegee to use after showering to prevent soap build up.

I have showed my neighbors his work and sent his credentials to our building management team and co-op board.

As the other reviewers state, he really is a tile savant. The work effort and knowledge can’t be beat. My cost was $1480, totally on point with other providers in our building who did poor work. Every single penny was worth it! His work is a game changer!

I had a white stain on my shower tile floor that it didn’t go away. At first, I thought I had to replace the entire floor and face expensive renovation costs. I came across ABC Stone Inc. on Yelp, and I decided to contact the company after reading all the great reviews from happy customers who have used its services. The owner, Eugene, got back to me right away, and after exchanging several emails, I could tell that he is a person I can trust to do the job right. He answered all my questions and put my concerns at ease. He gave me a detailed itemized quote, which was very reasonable. He came this Friday, Sept 27th, to do the entire shower floor restoration and regrout of the perimeter. Amazingly, the white stain is completely gone, and he was able to restore the whole floor to its original condition. Thanks to Eugene, I have saved thousands of dollars, and I have a tiled floor in my shower that looks brand new. I highly recommend him.

This group is amazing. They are efficient, skilled, knowledgeable, frankly Nice people. It is so refreshing to work with them. Eugene in particular is wonderful. He knows what he is doing and he is incredibly honest and helpful. He will prioritize getting the job done right over everything else, and will let you know what you need accurately without over doing it. I wish everyone in this business was like him. Eugene was so quick and thorough with his quote via email for the repair of our antique marble coffee table. The next day he was at our home repairing and helping reattach the marble table top! It is a family heirloom which I sadly thought was ruined beyond repair and which now looks like new! Eugene had warned that the cracks would be visible but he did such a good job that they’re basically invisible. I hope we won’t have another accident that requires a marble repair but if we do I will know who to call!

Eugene absolutely saved the day for us, and we are so grateful. With only 3 days left to move out of our BK apt, our movers cracked a priceless family heirloom marble dresser top. We were devastated! A friend of mine who does object restoration for museums gave me ABC’s website, and Eugene spent a day communicating with me, and came, to our home (in a mask) the very next day and restored our marble on location and in our tight time frame. When he was finished, it was stunning, and we are beyond grateful to him. I hope I never need his services again, but I strongly recommend him to others. At the end, he even helped us correctly package the marble for our move so we didn’t have to have the movers risk harming the marble again. We are so grateful to him!

I have a chip on the Snow White Quartz kitchen island. I sent a quote to Yelp vendors and got back from Eugene very detail oriented explanation regarding my concerns. Several emails back and forth, he came today and fixed the chip beautifully. He said he changed 6 patches with different colors on the island to try to match the existing color. He sent a video and pictures after his work while I’m not at home. I highly recommend Eugene for his work ethic.

I was very happy with the work Eugene did. he’s quiet and focused and careful about his work. he did a cleaning on two fireplaces and two counters, all of which turned out good and one, a fireplace caked in soot, looks amazing. clear, dependable, fairly priced!

Eugene was great. My contractor ruined our “travertine” floors. Our contractor used the wrong grout and my pale colored stone floors looked dirty.

Eugene scrubbed, polished and regrouted the bathroom stone floor and it looks just the way it was meant to.

Eugene told us that the stone was really limestone. He was quiet and went straight to work. I found him to be very respectful. He saw we had new flooring in the house and took off his shoes. Class act.

We highly recommend Eugene. Now my family can finally move into our first home.

Eugene does fantastic work. Our sink brackets had become dislodged and our sink was in danger or releasing from the marble and collapsing.

He came in, assessed what was needed to get done and then provided us with a very fair fee for services.

Everything was done in a precise manner and he even took the time to double secure all the bolts and correct some of the original work.

Eugene was very easy to communicate with. He was punctual and did a great job with our marble countertops. We are extremely happy with the work and would definitely use his services again.

Eugene didn’t actually work on my countertop. However, the process of getting a quote from him involved him giving me a great deal of advice, and at the end of the day, he suggested that no work needed to be done and that I should monitor the situation and let him know if things get worse.

I really appreciated the advice he gave and for the fact that he was completely happy to provide his professional advice even if that resulted in him not making any money off me.

After twelve years of edges on our granite counters were a mess. We had three or four noticeable chips and a bunch of rough spots. ABC was able to give me a bid via email. We set an appointment. He showed up on time. Kept to bid. And did a GREAT job. You can’t see where repairs were made. Definite recommend. Five stars.

We have used Eugene twice now to repair, restore and re-seal marble and other stone. He is prompt, professional and reasonable. We had a list of work that we wanted completed and he even recommended not to have some of the work done because it would be costly and wasn’t necessary.
