Pre Honing Floor (Eggshell Finish)

The grinding process (make hone finish) is part of a floor polishing process, it can also be the stand-alone process in order to make the floor leveling, to get rid of superficial cracks, scratches, and dull spots.

The stages prior to floor polishing and buffing:
– the tiles are leveled, scratches, scuffs and superficial cracks are removed
– the deepest chips and cracks fixed with pre-colored epoxy
– grinding stone with a rotary floor machine and diamond abrasive cutters.
