Our Repair Process

We specialize in fixing deep cracks or breakages in various stone surfaces such as table tops, tiles, countertops, vanities, and fireplaces using a two-component epoxy. Here’s how we do it:

1. Epoxy and Pigment Mixing: We mix the epoxy with stone pigments to achieve the best color match for a seamless repair.
2. Surface Preparation: Before applying the epoxy, we ensure the cracks are thoroughly cleaned from dust, soap, grease, and other contaminants, and then completely dried.
3. Crack and Joint Filling: For proper adhesion, cracks or holes may need to be enlarged. For thin hairline cracks, we use penetrating liquid epoxy, allowing it to absorb deeply into the crack.
4. Durable Epoxy Application: The epoxy used is tough and durable, designed to fix cracks and fill holes in stone surfaces effectively.
5. Seam Repair: We can also repair seam expansions in countertops, fireplaces, and other items where slab movement has occurred.
