Flat Shower Floor Slab before Grinding Down

In this shower, the floor was made from a flat marble slab, with a little slope toward the drain grid, but this was not efficient and water was flowing outside (there was not a threshold, just a glass door). The order was to grind down the slab and increase the slope and make a funnel around the grid.
