Smoothed and Polished Slate Stone Countertop

If you have spilled or dropped something on slatestone, try to remove it immediately with a sponge or a rag soaked in warm water. Do not leave a spillage on over night.

If you have just spilled something, wipe it gently with a paper towel, try do not rub the spot, otherwise, the stain can leave dull and matte spot as the slate is very soft. Rinse several times with warm water and dry with a dry cloth.
